Slot Missions in Hogwarts

Slot missions can be a great method to get gear, weapons and more. They're hard to complete.

Concealed Weapon Slot

The concealed weapon slot lets the player to bring pistols into a mission. Some players use this to aid in achieving certain goals, especially those going for Suit Only. Others simply prefer to have the extra pistol as an additional gap. If you are using this slot, it's important to keep in mind that you'll need to click the appropriate pistol category button, like the alternate slot 2 for machine guns, in order to select the category of your choice. Being able to have Major Expedition and Adept Rider on makes it easier to do. This combo increases the damage tick every 10 seconds from the concealed Weapon in the event that it is positioned.

Slot for Smuggled Items

The smuggled items slot is an excellent feature that allows players to bring in tools and weapons, but it could use a better opportunity. It's currently designed as pistols, which makes it difficult to distinguish the smuggled items slot from other gear slots.

The smuggle slot can house many different objects, ranging from simple concussion devices to explosives that are weapon-grade. These items are hidden in a hidden location on the map, and can be found at any time. The items that are smuggled are different from Agency Pickups and Hidden Stashes that hide only small objects within scenery and objects directly.

Mission planning is a feature available in the form of episodic missions. It lets players unlock various starting locations, smuggled objects and gear slots prior to stepping into the map. These options for planning expand as players advance through challenges and gain higher Mission Mastery levels. This allows players the ability to design the perfect mission for each difficulty.

Gear Slot

The gear evoplay slots new slots interactive (advice here) will rapidly fill up in the early stages of the game, which will result in the dreaded message "Your Gear Slots are Full". This message stops Max to pick new equipment until the old items are removed or more space has been accumulated. The solution is the Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials which give players more inventory space in exchange for completing challenging missions. However, as the majority of these challenges are scattered around the globe and are easily missed, it can take an extended time to obtain the largest amount of inventory slots that are available in the game.

Each player can have up to five different types of gear in their five Gear Slots. These are to be selected from the Gear Selection menu prior to breaking in. Each individual gear item (except the Pistol) takes up one Gear Slot while a set of similar items (like a group of Grenades of the same type) only takes up one Gear Slot.

Agency Pickups

As you advance through the Mission Mastery levels you unlock various agency pickups that are on the map. These locations allow you to keep items that aren't suitable in your weapon or gear slot and take them out later.

These pickups are particularly useful when you have to pass through a frisk at the end of the mission, or if you are carrying a weapon that would otherwise trigger suspicion. But, you are only able to conceal one item per game at an agency pickup location.

This DLC adds new contracts to security and asset protection to the agency. To begin these missions just talk to the receptionist at the agency and purchase armor and snacks. Then, walk to the stated mission marker and identify a mob when you arrive.
