Line-up

The album's third, Turn Back, marked a return to the classic sextet style of previous albums. It was a more powerful, constant effort with a harder edge than Hydra. Its more punk-rock sound reflected the maturation of the group and included drummer Bobby Kimball's increased proficiency on the drums, as well as a more mature, confident vocal delivery by singer Joseph Williams.
