The tyres, which are inflatable and need to be pumped up occasionally they have suspension built-in. It was extremely comfortable for my children.

The shape and size of the seat is another thing to consider. The seat should be large enough to allow your child to feel at ease and to lie down. Some three-wheel buggies will have an option to lie flat completely while others will only allow a parent facing one.
